Here is the plan that I will be following for the first month of my plan. Every month my nutritionist will be changing my plan to promote healthy continuous weight loss that is maintainable. I ask that you please NOT follow any part of my plan. I have special health conditions that warrant this plan and am under strict supervision by several doctors. I want to reiterate that it is NOT safe for the average person. If you see something you like about my plan, please consult your doctor before beginning.

Morning

  1. 1/2 cup Aloe Vera Juice before breakfast
  2. 3 egg whites with red chili flakes cooked in spray organic EVOO
  3. 1 slice of Ezekiel bread
  4. 1 apple

Mid-Morning Snack

  1. 1/4 cucumber sliced
  2. 2 celery stalks chopped

Lunch

  1. Large salad with veggies and spinach or organic baby spring mix
  2. 4 tablespoons of Bragg's Ginger and Sesame Vinaigrette
  3. 5 oz lean protein (choice of chicken, turkey, or fish)

Afternoon Snack

  1. 1 apple

Dinner

  1. 1 1/2 cup homemade chicken soup with veggies using organic GF chicken broth
  2. 1 slice Ezekiel bread
  3. 5 tablespoons of Jasmine rice

Dessert

  1. 1/2 Clif bar or 1 Clif bar mini (only chocolate or peanut butter flavors)
  2. 1/2 cup Aloe Vera Juice before bed

Extras

  1. Drink plenty of water
  2. 1 cup of decaf tea per day
  3. Prilosec OTC
  4. Iron supplement
  5. Psyllium husk pills
