• Have food prepared and stored in proper portions in case you are running late and need to grab something. Then it is grabbable without making you run through McDonalds
  • Read the size of the package. If you don't like weighing your food, do the math to make sure you have the right portion size.
  • Drink water! Seriously. If you are having a craving or feel hungry, drink water first. Sometimes that feeling will just go away completely.
  • Cravings are literally just in your head. It is not a physical reaction. Think about something pleasant and the endorphins cancel the craving out.
  • Spend time with other people with similar goals. There is strength in numbers!
